This is a ravishing location of cookware and, I mediate, a vast value...I paid $189.99 for 17 pieces, 15 of which are pots, pans & lids and 2 inserts..for pasta and for steaming. I like that there are 2 of the same size lid. You always score 1 lid that fits 2 items in the position and I would always exhaust them at the same time and only be able to camouflage 1. No worries with this set--there is 1 lid for each. Also, I did a lot of brand shopping before I picked this one and it's the only ticket that calls it 17-piece and gives you all cookware. Every other plot I saw that was over, say, 10 pieces-- the extra was knives or plastic utensils vs pots and pans. If it was 17 pieces, 7 to 9 of them were bowls, utensils, knives, etc. Rip offs for the prices they charged. And finally..the outside is nice and composed, not ringed or otherwise textured...makes for nice cleanup and hopefully they'll halt nice looking longer than their predecessors. The ONLY thing I'm not thrilled with is that the lid handles do derive warm...even hot. The pot and pan handles don't, but the lids definitely do. But for the designate and quality? I have potholders.... Otherwise I would give it 5 stars. What the heck..5 it is!
I did a lot of research before buying a current region of cookware. I read tons of reviews and this one seemed to be the best. Not only were there gracious reviews but there seemed to be vast features and shapes/sizes of pots & pans too. I even bought some additional separate pieces at a remarkable higher stamp. Too awful for me.
My biggest jabber is that the handles are very hard to have. They are too slender and have a concave shape so that one cannot grip them easily and comfortably. This is especially problematic with the skillets or larger saucepans (bought separately) . Secondly, they score VERY hot, very fleet and things burn in seconds. They seem rather lightweight. I would assume a heavier bottom. I assume this add to the heating/burning bid. They seems to scratch easily even though I have been very careful with them. The non-stick feature is valid and they are easy to tidy. Lastly, the covered Saute Pan is too petite. For me it is a extinguish. The saucepans are very shallow to the point of being almost unuseable for me.
Think twice before buying this cookware.
A previous review pointed out that the lids don't stack so the dwelling requires some region to store, but I procure that the ones I expend most are easy enough to withhold handy. This is a substantial starter place and well worth the stamp.
